Custom Relaxation Massage may include a combination of the following services and aromatherapy with the exception of full body hot/cold stone massage. However, spot stone massage may be used on stubborn tension areas. Deep Tissue is not offered as a stand alone massage but may be included as needed on stubborn tension areas as well.
Often times a massage will be customized to put more time/emphasis on a troubled areas such as shoulders and neck. Some clients like more time spent on their feet and some don't want their feet touched at all. Perhaps you want the standard full massage but want the last 15 minutes just as scalp massage. That is all up to you and perfectly okay. Remember this is your relaxation time and you have a say in how that time is spent.
Relaxing Lymphatic MassageGentle massage that deeply relaxes the body, mind and spirit to release tension and stress. Promotes circulation and lymph flow - detoxifying the body and boosting the immunity system. This massage benefits everyone and is especially helpful to those with high blood pressure, edema, and to those recovering from surgery.

Relax with a hot stone massage on lower legs and feet plus foot reflexology. Extremely relaxing and therapeutic. The is is greatly beneficial to those with Restless Leg Syndrome, edema, or Plantar Fasciitis. See Reflexology below for more benefits.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate more than seven thousand two hundred nerve endings in each foot or hand. These nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body, including organs and glands. Some reflexologists also work with the hands and the ears. Stimulating the appropriate region is intended to eliminate energy blockages thought to produce pain or disease in the related areas.
Reiki Energy Therapy
Reiki
(Ray-key) is a natural energy therapy - "Rei" means universal and "ki" means life force. If one's life force energy is disrupted or low, then we are
more likely to get sick or feel stress.
Energy therapy works to increase the vitality and flow of the life force
so that we are more capable of being happy, healthy and centered. This therapy has profound effects on the biomagnetic
energy field of the body by gently balancing life energies. It is a beneficial treatment for all ages and
health conditions. It also compliments and enhances massage therapy. See Healing Through Energy Therapy page on this website for more information.
Seated Chair Massage
This massage involves back, neck, head and arms. This service is available at studio or on location. Many employers offer this benefit for their employees on site to promote wellness and reduce stress. Many also offer this benefit at special events such as fundraisers and golf tournaments.
